Legal Comment
In a positive step, State Security Prosecution releases 31 citizens detained pending investigations with the guarantee of the places of residence.
The released were with cases without evidence or even legal presumption.
We hope that similar decisions will follow for hundreds or thousands of arbitrarily detained persons.
