Ibrahimi Center Prosecution office interrogated the citizen\/ Abdullah Ali Awad – after he was transferred pending a new case following the issuance of a decision to release him from Zagazig Criminal Court on March 28, 2023 – and imprisoned him on charges of joining a terrorist group.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

3. Minya Al-Qamh Prosecution office interrogated three citizens – after they were transferred to a new case following the issuance of a decision to release them from Zagazig Criminal Court on March 19, 2023 – and detained them on charges of joining a terrorist group.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

1. The Terrorism Chamber of the Hihya Misdemeanor Court sentenced 4 citizens to three months in prison on charges of promoting the purposes of a terrorist group and possessing publications that incite against the state.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The Second Chamber ruled on terrorism in the Cairo Criminal Court, penalizing 5 defendants with life imprisonment and placing them under police supervision for a period of 5 years in the case known in the media as the Tala\u2019i Hasm II case, and punishing one defendant in the case known in the media as the case of storming the Tabbin Police Station, with 7 years in prison and a fine shared with the rest of the defendants, of an amount of 10 million pounds.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
