Legal Comment
Supreme State Security Prosecution continues investigating dozens.
The phenomenon of arresting citizens then rotating them to new cases continues in Sharqia. Such citizens had either already received acquittal rulings from courts or release decisions from Public Prosecution. In addition, the next step is usually detaining them again under false reports,
The security service in Sharqia has rotated dozens of citizens so that they continued to remain behind prison walls.
During the detention period, the Public Prosecution did not provide evidence that the detainees had joined terrorist groups or published a single false piece of news.
This is once again into a new spiral of pretrial detention pending the same charges, and the question remains: Will the National Security Service punish the people of Sharqia because they come from the same governorate as former President Mohamed Morsi?
