Sunday 26 July

1. Rofida Hamdi, the wife of political prisoner Mohamed Adel, posted on her Facebook account that her husband had been subjected to mistreatment by several informants during her visit. She said the informants tried to force him back inside and prevent her from seeing him, but the prison warden intervened and told them to let him go. She confirmed that he is in a poor psychological state and is determined to begin a hunger strike.
