Legal Comment
– The Prime Minister’s decision to merge the Council, the Council for the Care of the Families of Martyrs and Injured, established by Prime Minister’s Resolution No. 1485 of 2011 after the revolution of the twenty-fifth of January, came to the Ministry of Solidarity. All the rights of the Council and its immovable and movable funds and bank accounts, and bear its obligations, in a scene that indicates the concealment and obliteration of everything related to the January 25 revolution.
– Terrorism chambers in Egypt, which are convened inside Badr Prison, continued to renew the detention of hundreds of citizens who were brought before them during the first days of the week in cases investigated by the Supreme State Security Prosecution, most of which are empty of evidence and presumptions that permit and allow the continued detention of citizens, except for the investigations of the National Security Sector, which cannot be considered alone as a presumption and as proof of the accusations against citizens in accordance with what was decided by the provisions and principles of the Court of Cassation, which it considered a mere opinion of its perpetrators, in addition to the absence of even one decision issued to release even one person confirming that the sessions held are nothing more than a charade and that the decision is issued by other than the judiciary platform.
